Small, free calculators and builders for planning habits and routines. No account, no email — open one and use it.

How these tools work

Every tool runs entirely in your browser. There's no sign-up, no email wall, and nothing you type is sent to a server or saved once you close the tab. Answer a few questions and you get a number or a plan you can act on immediately.

When a calculator actually helps

Most habit advice is qualitative — “be consistent”, “start small”. These tools turn that into something concrete: how long a habit is likely to take to feel automatic given how often you do it, or what a week looks like once you've slotted a routine into the hours you actually have free. Use one when you're deciding what to commit to, not while you're in the middle of doing it.
