A habit tracker that opens in a browser tab
No download, no sign-up to start. Add a habit, check it off, and see how fast you bounce back after a missed day. It works on any computer, Chromebook, or phone browser.
- You're on a laptop all day and your phone is the place habits go to be forgotten
- You're on Windows, a Chromebook, or a work machine where you can't install apps
- Spreadsheet trackers work for a week, then the formulas and the guilt pile up
- Every app wants an account, an email, and a trial before you've logged a single habit
- Streak counters reset to zero after one bad day, so one miss feels like starting over
Built for how you actually work
Start without an account
Open keelhabits.com/app, pick a few habits, and skip the account step. You can add an email or Sign in with Apple later to keep your data and use it on other devices.
Browser and iPhone, same data
Once you have an account, the web app and the Keel iPhone app read the same habits, check-ins, and goals. Check a habit off on your laptop and it's done on your phone too.
Bounce-back rate, not streaks
Keel measures how quickly you return after a missed day instead of resetting a streak to zero. It's the number behind the never-miss-twice rule, and it's far more forgiving of real life.
Real schedules
Set habits for specific weekdays, a part of the day, or a daily target like eight glasses of water. The Today view only shows what's actually due.
Habits linked to goals
Connect habits to the goals they serve and do a quick weekly check-in on how close you feel. You track the reason as well as the checkbox.
Browser reminders and an AI coach
Turn on browser notifications for habit reminders at a set time. Ask the built-in AI coach to plan your day or to work out why a habit keeps slipping.
