Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Keel app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Keel is a habit tracking application that allows you to create and track habits, set goals, log completions, and sync your data across devices. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

User Accounts

You may use Keel anonymously or create an account using your email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you create within the app, including habits, goals, and completion logs. By using the sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Subscriptions and Payments

Keel Habits Pro is available as an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited habits, unlimited goals, full analytics history, and access to the Trophy Room.

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally paid.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device to manage your subscription.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEL AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
